7. Limitation of Liability

FAARNS Ltd will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects as agreed but is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or business due to delays or technical issues.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting companies, ad platforms).
• Errors or damages resulting from client misuse or unauthorized modifications of deliverables.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice. In such cases:

• The client must pay for all completed work up to the termination date.
